Ale Zahav — Members & Classes: a full nonprofit management system

Our second project with this nonprofit: the members-and-classes system that runs its daily operations — registration, recurring billing, receipts, attendance and reporting.

The Challenge

A senior-community nonprofit managed hundreds of members, a classes catalog and monthly billing in spreadsheets and manual work — hours of staff time, billing mistakes, and no clear picture of who is registered, who paid and who attended.

The Solution

We built a complete management system: member registration, a classes catalog with sign-ups, recurring credit-card billing with automatic receipts, automated WhatsApp updates, attendance tracking, operational reports and a bookkeeping-ready export.

Automated Social Media Publishing System

A system that creates the content, asks for approval on WhatsApp, and publishes by itself to Facebook, Instagram, the website, and WordPress sites.

The Challenge

Ongoing social publishing means someone has to write, design, upload to each platform separately, and update the website too — the same manual work repeated for every single post.

The Solution

The system writes the post and produces the graphic design, sends a preview for approval on WhatsApp, and only after a human approves does it publish simultaneously to Facebook and Instagram, upload a full article to the website, and publish to WordPress sites as well. The entire process — from writing the content to publishing — runs on its own, without anyone needing to open a computer.

AI Agent for Comments on Paid Ads

An agent that automatically replies to user comments on paid Facebook and Instagram ads, using the business's knowledge base.

The Challenge

A comment left unanswered is a lead that went to a competitor. The agent closes the gap between the moment of interest and the moment of response.

The Solution

Every comment written under a paid ad gets a reply within seconds, drawn from the business's knowledge base — 24/7, including nights and weekends, which is when most leads actually comment. When the agent doesn't find a confident enough answer, it doesn't make one up: it sends an alert to Telegram or WhatsApp so a person can continue the conversation.
