The Challenge
A senior-community nonprofit managed hundreds of members, a classes catalog and monthly billing in spreadsheets and manual work — hours of staff time, billing mistakes, and no clear picture of who is registered, who paid and who attended.
The Solution
We built a complete management system: member registration, a classes catalog with sign-ups, recurring credit-card billing with automatic receipts, automated WhatsApp updates, attendance tracking, operational reports and a bookkeeping-ready export.
